I remember reading a similar one some months ago, except that that one was more specifically about the long-term use of azithromycin in cystic fibrosis, also for its anti-inflammatory properties. (I think I posted the URL here, also on Medscape.) Has anyone here been prescribed a macrolide for such a purpose (not referring to short-term use for an infection), or has anyone prescribed it to patients? Results? | May Diclofenac and Ibuprofen be taken together? Hello, My doctor has told me that codeine and Ibuprofen may be taken together. Now I am having a very painful attack of gout, for which he has prescribed Diclofenac. I took the Diclofenac at 4am (it is now 2 hours later.) Is it possible to follow this up with some Ibuprofen? The pain is still excrutiating. If not ibuprofen, then Codeine? He has also prescribed codeine for me for any attacks of excrutiating pain, with other conditions. I am too exhausted to be able to google up this information for myself, which I normally would do. Many thanks. Mary |

| Medications and symptoms after they are excreted form the bo x-no-archive:yes Several years ago I took some viagra. A day later out of the blue it felt like I had to make myself breath if that makes any sense and it scared me. It happened again a year later. After a few weeks it eventually went away. During this time I had a normal EKG. My question is, it is my understanding that Viagra is excreted in the urine after 4 hours and is out of your system by then. How could this cause those effects after theoretically it was gone from my body? |
