| Diagnostic Quest I have long suffered from a condition, which presents as a feeling of discomfort in the rectum, as a kind of non-specific sensation of tightness and burning. Ever since then there has been a lump in my thigh where the tractor hit it, and recently (the last 2-3 years) it has become increasingly painful.
